December Chapter Meeting: Celebrate and Center 

Join us on December 17th at 7pm on zoom to celebrate our year of action and appreciate the time for reflection, family, and community that holidays can bring. We’ll raise a glass, talk about the past year and hopes for 2026, and events lead Katherine Fredricks will lead practices for Inner Peace. See our chapter meeting page for more info.

Katherine Fredricks has meditated and practiced hatha yoga and pranayama for 50 years.  She is certified as a yoga and meditation teacher with Deepak Chopra.

We're so grateful to Katherine for staying on to lead this last 2025 event as she has moved back to her home state of Arizona and is looking for ways to work for the environment there.
